I’ve been following your journey since before you and Matt were engaged. You have always been such a huge source of inspiration to me, and I find so much comfort in your videos but also the way you approach life, and family. In terms of self help books and your goals, I think big magic by Elizabeth Gilbert would be a great one, and also i think “how to be loving” by Danielle La Porte would be one you would love, as a fellow big hearted girl, that book brought me so much motivation to continue to keep my heart open when things aren’t seemingly happening. You deserve to achieve everything you’ve ever imagined - and I will support you always.

Along with your yoga you should meditate. You are so naturally aware but meditating I feel will bring another level clarity and awareness to your life. Perfect timing because we’ve entered the age of Aquarius and manifesting will happen quicker if you are embodying your thoughts and emotions. Books: The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle is a great one to start with. It’s about spiritual enlightenment.
Also I know as a mom it gets overwhelming, breath work has so many benefits but it helps me feel renewed and gets stuck energy out of the body. Looking forward to see how wonderful things unfold for you. You are inspiring, beautiful, and down to earth. Sending you so much love ❤️

I slacked alot on my exercise and also my saving money and just I am going to do way better for 2023 . You are so much more realistic then some of the other CZcamsrs some go way over board on the CZcams channel it's not very realistic at all . I love your channel you are great to watch . Things are getting back to normal . I am been back to working for a little bit now and glad I am . That vision board you put together it's very nice . i totally feel you on the difficulties of comparing to others that are succeeding. the keeping up with the joneses gets so real as we get older. i’m so appreciative of the transparency. we’re the same age and i’m like how does she afford having kids when i work so hard and it’s barely enough to save for the future of me and my husband?! i think we all have those moments of asking how but so much of life is luck mixed with consistency and connections. love the idea of curating your digital brain with notion it’s excellent. hope you and yours have a 💆🏻♀️relaxing christmas

Do you have the height and width size that you used to save the collage for your phone wallpaper? I’m having trouble having it fit mine 😅
I think there was an option for Phone Wallpaper, so I used that one! I still had to tweak the photo placement a little though.
I reset my closet this afternoon and have printed off my trackers for 2023. Tomorrow is my goal setting day for the new year. Not sure how I will do my vision board this year (digital or paper).... I'm trying to step away from digital more in 2023.

An awesome self help book is called “The Source” by Tara Swart (it’s on hoopla). It’s about manifesting and the author is a neurologist and talks about how manifesting works and also building new pathways in the brain! A life-changing book!

Hayley Johnson and her husband Doug are a really great resource for growth on CZcams. She used to struggle with growth on CZcams and when she finally figured it out, she retired her husband from his job and they work together now making 6-7 figures a year. Could be a good resource!

Thanks for the resource! Trying to learn, but also not put too much pressure on myself. I enjoy teaching and my husband enjoys working, so my goal (right now) isn’t to do this full time. But I know that’s the dream for many. My mom tried and I took it in school and did lessons, but it just didn’t stick.
