ok...I get the fact that we have some very unstable youths with mental illness or bullying issues in these days and times...however..in our generation it was postal workers..in my personal opinion if the children and parents are extremely afraid of their children attending school then home school them! If the parents are too lazy or ignorant ( didn't graduate themselves) sign them up on a Web school via internet. No school uniform..teachers can teach safely from a monitor and children don't have to worry about bullying or shootings.
