The antenna shouldn't have a 6db (1 -s unit) difference. Are you as close to 1:1 on SWR ? Also, check the end of the PL-259. It is not a normal connector. It's an adaptive connector that allows you to take the PL 259 off to route the cable through smaller holes.
Dielectric grease is the official SWR wax.

I have not, but it's the same guts as this one. I hear people get out good with them on !
I wonder if the light takes any RF away from the signal cause there is 1 s unit lower then my Wilson 2000

Can you just remove the led light if you don't like it?
Yes, you can. On my first I blacked out the windows to stop the light. Taking the LED ring it out was easier
Where to get the Blue replacement Lights I can only find the amber color for replacement.
I would check mouser or digikey they both usually have a good selection
