തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തെ ബിരിയാണിക്കഞ്ഞി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മസാലക്കഞ്ഞിയിൽ നിന്ന് തുടങ്ങി ചിക്കൻ ഫ്രൈ വരെയുള്ള വിശേഷങ്ങൾ ആണ് ഇവിടെ ട്ടോ.
To start this Trivandrum food video we decided to try a simple masala kanji or biriyani kanji. Vijayannante Masala Kanjikkada serves simple yet yummy masala kanji (spicy congee) and ginger coffee (chukku coffee). That helped us to have a lighter tummy against the summer heat, but in the evening we decided to go heavy. In the evening we visited Anas hotel in Vallakkadavu. Anas hotel serves several varieties of non-vegetarian delicacies, but I feel their chicken fry is special.
