I think Kristie feels sorry for him. My daughter's dad had no parents that raised him and his ten siblings. Dad died before he was born and his mom was a crack addict. I felt so sorry for him and I had a big heart and I thought showing him what a good woman was would be the right thing to do. I put up with the worst kinds of abuse you can imagine because I had emotionally invested my time into him. Less than four years, and several months of counseling I walked away. He almost ruined my life. I never looked back after I left him that last time.
