A few things. Christian scholars can’t seem to agree where that tomb even was, so they don’t exactly know where to look. But even if you found the tomb, bones not being there doesn’t prove anything supernatural, it just proves that there aren’t any bones there. Plenty of natural explanations for that sort of thing

His point is that when Jesus’s dead body was put into the cave it was blocked off so no one could get in or out. A few days later people went in to see if he was still there. He was not. He ressurected and hid bones were never found.
