Yeah it's the fact that in her original statement she said it was Benji with a beard, when he had a beard, glasses, and long hair. Part of me really wished Benji had decided to go blonde (either at the scene or after the fact).

It's rp so whatever but they absolutely cannot shift the burden of proof to a suspect for not talking 😅 They are supposed to gather enough of evidence on him and not supposed to expect for him to give them leads. It's also kinda funny how NP cops goes hard on Catching as assuming quilt someone when they OOC know they are quilty and doesn't reeally rp just suspicious or like they wouldn't know. Then when they know someone didn't do it but it looks sketchy, they leave them off the hook very fast. Thing is, Ramee's lawyer arc isn't so much about him having a lawyer character, it's about *Ramee* being a lawyer. The deals he manages to get, the outbursts/griddying in court, the extortion of the people facing crimes, and the overall mob lawyer persona is so Ramee that any other character he makes even remotely close would feel like a cheap copy.

Honestly, I REALLY wished NoPixel had this rule because ocean dumping means nothing anymore. I wish is was:
Punches to the head = can remember,
Wrenches/Blunt force to the head = can't remember who attacked you but can remember the situation
Gunshot to the head = can't remember anything about who attacked you or the situation (and no "I've been arguing with this person for a few days so it _obviously_ must be them... goes after the person who did it, bs)
NoPixel's medical system where medical exams can show injury location and difference in injury severity means that it would work.
some of them actually do this it's always nice to see when they don't act like they have perfect memory and 360 vision

@@damien7157there are different rules in different servers, many server have a forced amnesia for this type of thing, no other witnesses and headshots. Nopixel doesn’t have that rule but this guy is advocating it should
@@damien7157ocean dumping isn’t even a server rule they can still wake up and remember if they want. Also who has the time to drive a body out to the ocean every time you shoot someone? This is a cop not a civ and backup will be out looking for you. For rp purposes it would be better if they didn’t remember as it stunts the criminals ability to get away with crime just because the cops want to win all the time.
