Another really nice video but as much as you like cheese I am surprised no cheese. I had a few of the metal egg rings. I got some silicone ones round & Square from blackstone & also got the 6 egg ring silicone piece. Works great. Keep these simple but what I believe great video's coming.

I have to try it.... You win again considering my last Mc Donald's breakfast had a roach on it, which I DID not order..... Haven't been back since! Is there such a thing of maple syrup pellets or granuals? That might work out better and melt as they cook.
Spray some water or Pam on the cutting board....works for me

Try putting your sausage in freezer for 45-60 minutes. then just cut the sausage in the thickness you want it and throw on the gridlle.

If you've never had a mcgriddle you're one of the lucky ones. I had one many years ago and I'll never eat one again. The only thing good at McDonald's is their fries and orange pop. Yours looks fantastic Mike. Have a great holiday weekend brother.
