I have seen SO many of these people. They often leave "Don't hate on my channel" comments in description. Sometimes, they also say, "Oh, there's nothing wrong with it! It's just a KIDS GAME!" THATS THE POINT. IF YOU GO SO LOW TO HACK/SCAM ON A KIDS GAME, YOUR A HORRIBLE PERSON.

I don't think Animal Jam would get rid of the game, or they would have to refund every single player that bought a membership, but I agree hacking and scamming children is just cruel. Especially being an ex scammer I feel bad for it to this day. It's something that is petty, and I feel guilt for it everyday.
I don't think that game companies refund people because a membership is a subscription and it's often financial difficulties that make a game get removed.

Scamming and selling items is a big problem on animal jam, roblox, and generally most platforms like those and has been for a while, but for some reason, the creators of those platforms seem to be completely ignorant to it :/
I miss the old Animal Jam. It wasnât about hacking, scamming, how many items you had. It was about friendship, and having fun. Nowadays, playing Animal Jam is just a way of keeping yourself hungry and dehydrated, staring at a screen. I should know, I am more dehydrated and hungrier than I have been in a while, just because Iâm addicted to Animal Jam. The only things people do these days are roleplay and trade.

I remember joining their discord and just thinking they were kids, to see what they do. Just a turn of inappropriate words, grown adults who scam minors. And a few homophobic words were said. So I instantly I joined their discord. Honestly just sad how they do stuff like this-
They have no empathy to others that are young. I don't like these kinds of people and this is what I think about them. Making fun of art is really mean they are being flat out rude. No matter the age people can still be like this its just awful.
Back when I was a part of the community, all of this greatly annoyed me and not just the selling items part of it. What made me, personally, most mad was when people like Error Scams scammed/hacked others for views. I remember I used to go check out those channels to see how bad it really was, and would be shocked at what I saw. The people creating the videos were quite rude to their own communities and especially anyone who dared to contradict their opinion, especially Error Scams. This is why Iâm not surprised but still incredibly disappointed to learn how she was towards you. The whole situation was toxic, so much so it made me uncomfortable just scrolling through and seeing the comments, seeing people who I knew to watch my own videos offering a helping hand in scamming to anyone who desired it.
As always I admire the courage and bravery you have to talk about this topic after everything yourself and others have been through. Donât know why I went on this little rant but maybe someone will want to read it đ

I havenât been active on animal jam nor the community for years but this situation is so stupid in the way that these most likely grown people are still scamming little kids on a KID PLATFORM. If you want to get money then go get an actual job. đ And the fact that some of these scammers take their time to go through several comments to leave petty comments says a lot about how productive their sad lives must be.
I got hacked from my poodle and a few other pets, I'm chill about it, but.. when I was a starter somebody gifted me it, so it does kinda makes me upset đ

I remember being scammed from every single one of my rares and saphire animals. They pretended to be nice and be my friend, but then after getting the items unfriending me and logging off. (Little did they know, when they sent me a letter, I was reporting them every day)
(This was 5 years ago. I left that account and dont care anymore. Just thought I'd say this)
I also had a rare item during that time (before being scammed). I was wearing it, and then someone asked if they could have it. I said no. Next time I logged on, it was gone. I have no idea what happened.
I ended up getting hacked because I wanted to be a hacker. It upset me but it showed me the error of my ways. Seeing innocent players getting hacked for no reason is infuriating!

And itâs going way too far that they have a whole discord server - leave hateful comments to people - and are targeting little children to hack and scam. I remember when I was a kid, I used to play Animal Jam a lot and one day I got hacked and I didnât play for ages (not even on an new account). since I was a little kid at the time I got traumatised by this and dont want other kids to feel what I felt when I lost everything I had on the game (even my password).

My cousin who is about 7 now, but was around 5 when she got scammed, Just got forest gauntlets and someone was doing a trust trade for blackout spike, her biggest dream, but then they locked her out of their den and when she traded them forest and wouldn't trade her back. They then, teased and flexed on her for weeks, she cried for a very, long,time.

Ok i agree selling stuff isn't really bad after you quit the game. And hacking and scamming always happens so i usually try ignoring this type of stuff. but just making fun of little children and them being older than 18 just isn't right because just attacking and hacking little children really seems wrong and very weird. being honest here, i bought forest gauntlets off ebay and i really really regret it. itâs like i was supporting the scammers and i didnât know. i was suspicious that they sold around 160 already. when i was doing the trade they came to my den and traded me then left. i couldnât even see their username. when we talked about the trade it took 3 days to respond back to me which i thought was suspicious and when they finally traded it was just a level 1 wolf. so just for advice you shouldnât buy ajpw items off the internet
