c2c Class 720 Driver Training Runs at Pitsea
c2c are to introduce 12 Class 720 Aventra EMUs to boost capacity on their main route via Basildon. This will allow some of their existing Class 357 Electrostar units to move to the Tibury Lines.
Due to the new trains being longer, drivers are practising stopping at new points on station platforms.
They are due to enter service sometime in September, according to c2c, but this isn't a definite...
