Religion Condemns People

Religion brings condemnation because it pollutes our minds to judge by the outside appearance and not realize what is going on in the heart. For our hearts are hardened (Ezekiel 3:7) and waxed gross (Matthew 13:15).
We are all guilty of sin, no man is innocent except Jesus Christ who died for us on the cross to atone(amend) for the sin of the world to bring us back to God his Father. (John 1:29, 1 Peter 2:24)
No man is the judge, there is only one judge the God, there is no master except God even Jesus Christ. And there is no teacher except God even Jesus Christ. (Matthew 23:8-10)
Pharisees and scribes did many laws, but not all. Especially this Love your neighbor as yourself (Leviticus 19:18). Instead they looked at and judged unrighteous judgement by the outside appearance and condemned man. (1 Samuel 16:7, Luke 6:37)
Because of this the praise of men became their zeal (pursuit). (John 12:42-43)
This is why we must not take religion lightly.
