Forgot to mention the fun little fact that it literally hurts every time Wolverine whips his claws out since they are literally tearing through his flesh. Since the holes heal, they'll hurt again the next time he whips them out. The worse part is, the rare times his healing factor is disabled, it hurts even worse and obviously the pain linger longer since the holes aren't healing up as instantly as they normally would.

That's not exactly correct. The fact is, every time Wolverine suffers damage that could be fatal(to him), he actually dies and his soul goes to Purgatory while his body rebuilds itself.
There, he has to fight Azrael each and every time. If he defeats Azrael, he gets sent back to his body and gets to live. If he loses, he stays in Puragtory.
This happens every time Wolverine gets a fatal wound. It wasn't a one off. This has been happening since World War 1, when Azrael was claiming souls on the battlefield and Logan snuck up and killed him.
But they later renegotiated the deal so that Logan would die if he took fatal wounds again.

Now I imagine that the alternate version of Wolverine, who has Vibranium metal coated over his skeleton, and that particular type of metal is not harmful to his body, and to add I imagine he has an unbelievably amazing immune-system.
The reason why is because I imagine it’s more compatible with bones, than that of the Adamantium metal.
To add I imagine that it doesn’t interfere with the body’s blood flood process, and the other types of inner body working processes.
I also imagine that LOGAN aka Wolverine he wears a Adamantium helmet, when fighting against extremely dangerous enemies.
Plus to add I imagine that he has special types of extra weapons that are made out of Adamantium; Like that of knives, daggers, sometimes swords, and Adamantium metal gloves.
Now I imagine WOLVERINE only uses these Adamantium metal weapons for certain occasions when it’s extremely serious.
But when it comes to his Adamantium metal gloves; I imagine he uses them to enhance his claws when fighting, and I imagine his Adamantium metal gloves has an extra feature to them.

Wolverine became the 4th Horseman death by defeating Sabretooth who had an adamantium skeleton and claws in the comics which is different than the movies. Logan was agumented again by Hydra and The Hand when he was killed by Gorgon and resurrected. It was later revealed in the comics that Xavier is the one who mind wiped Logan an rewrote his personality due to Logan was sent to kill Xavier by Weapon X. During this time Wolverine shrugged off a full-strength punch from Colossus. Walked through a full unrestrained optic blast by cyclops and a physic assault from Jean Grey who was augmented by the phoenix force. At that point Logan regained control over himself because he refused to kill Jean by the order of apocalypse. last fact any time logan dies he fights the angel of death for the ability to return. This video is kinda all over the place as you blend movie and non canon facts into the 616 proper Wolverine. That said I will touch base and enlighten on the subject of Wolverines progressed mutation after his adamantium was ripped out by Magneto. It turned out that Logans healing factor was slowed down because of metal. Albeit only slight, the metal kept Logan from not regressing but progressing in his mutation. With the sudden removal of the metal Logans healing factor kicked into overdrive as did his mutation and began to progress him forward into a more Bestial form as was meant for him too be if not for the metal. In this form all of his powers and abilities were greatly increased. When Logam met with Elektra & Stick the trio began to train Logam and somehow with this training his mutation was pulled back...but not completely. Logan went back to mostly looking like himself with a few exceptions that still stand today. Logan retains all of his increased strengths and abilities as he had in his "feral beast" form and he retains even more pronounced k9's and finger claws, his body hair is more pronounced especially on the forearms. These enhanced powers and features were permanent and still apply to this day.
