I live in L.A. I agree with what the guy said that a lot of this type of listing properties has furniture marked up and priced in. I personally prefer listing properties with plain decoration or even nothing.
I am not a fan of Ikea product because they are not durable. Agree with Stevo that the house doesn't worth this price and the landlord decorates it like a showroom so that he can markup the price.
Most new modern detached, semi detached, terraced houses rooms tend to be smaller with lower ceiling. But liveable and have garden. If u want more space higher ceiling look for period houses. Depending where u look price will differ. Trees and bushes are good for privacy for neighbouring houses.
I think Stevens right. This 580K is a demo house for sale, not a family home. You’d better buy a brand new house than this newly fitted house. Support Stev and Fei.

If you get a flat in zone 3/4 for around 200-300K you will be lucky if it's a nice area.

冇理由兩間屋都冇 downstairs toilet. Ground floor 洗手間係好重要。非常重要。請客時客人吾洗走上走落去廁所。我哋八年前裝咗 downstairs toilet, 真係好方便，又可將間屋增值。
在英國買屋要小心檢查，而且屋價、稅務、維修費、裝修費. ....都不便宜。

第二間屋細如日本屋設計，若四人家庭也要預兩個車位，父返工，母也要揸車出去送子女返學及買日常用品係基本，子女不用送上學後，太太出来工作也必需揸車，所以太細的外圍，可能又要再搬屋，除非爱游牧式生活，太費時了。
