fine then, we are mostly gay, we are mostly men, we are all insecure, but we need each other to stay together. the fandom needs to stand as a whole. if we were all separated we would of commited suicide by now, we do have almost too much drama in our lives. but its what makes us be ourselves. trolling is a laughable thing within most of the fandom also!
Note the fact that 217 is almost 18 times as large as 12. Thus, the validity of this survey is much higher than that disaster of a survey you mentioned.
Earlier, I was talking about other surveys where hundreds of people are taken into account for the sake of thousands, if not millions.
Honestly, just because you don't like the information being provided here doesn't mean you have to resort to flawed comparisons in an attempt to invalidate what I'm saying.

I'm not a furry. However, I've met several people (now my friends) who are, and they seem to me like perfectly decent people.
I've also run into people who's user names are things like "YiffLoverXxX", and have a guy in a fox costume and g-string as a background image.
You can't lump everyone into the same group. Yes, there are sick extremists who do really messed up things, but that is not all furries. A fraction of them remain as genuinely nice people, only with offbeat interests.
This video was not meant to convince, but to prove, which it did quite well.

Have you ever noticed the fact that the most popular furry websites and communities are the ones that allow furry porn and images of bestiality to be posted, or at least have a section dedicated to such topics?

The statistics came from a journal entitled "Society & Animals," which was also made available on the internet. The article was called "Furries From A to Z." I recommend you to read it, even if you aren't a troll or a furfag. It's really quite interesting.

These are not baseless assumptions. These are formally obtained statistics derived from hundreds of volunteers. Thus, this is pure, numerical information on furfags. Do you understand?

Well, furfags have on many cases spread spread sexually transmitted diseases. I recall reading somewhere that there was an outbreak of HIV at a furfag convention. Also, the biggest furfag boards I have seen so far are the ones that support bestiality, yiffing and all of that disgusting stuff. I think that means that the majority of furfags are into that kind of stuff, which, by your standards, makes a majority of them vile morons.

217 people is quite a lot of furfags to volunteer for such a survey. You should realize that practically all census measurements of this kind are usually done at a manageable scale; in this case, 217 volunteers. 200,000 is certainly not a manageable population of people.

@ZEDW1 Considering I made this, it would be very strange if I wanted to feel pathetic for doing so. No, I don't feel pathetic for doing so, nor do I want to feel pathetic for doing so. Still, I enjoy that you admit that furries are comparatively very few in the human population.
The only thing I would really be prepared to accept from human-animal hybridization would be loli catgirls, and only in manga or cartoon form at that. I tend to find everything else in that field to be rather unpleasing or outright disgusting.

Firstly, they're not a majority, as proven by the higher member numbers in furfag forums that support yiffing and beastiality, as well as share pornographic images amongst their members.
Secondly, those furfags that supposedly don't have anything to do with yiffing actually do, simple because they are furfags. If they don't like it, that's too bad for them. They chose to be furfags; thus, they chose to be targets of that association.

My video is not a hate speech. As established earlier, everything up until 2:10 is entirely statistics, which are facts, not hatred. That makes up the bulk of this video.
Any content in this video that is questionable is firmly supported by the aforementioned statistics. Thus, they are not simple derogatory terms, but rather strong opinions supported by facts.
Thus, this video should not be removed.

Can you provide me with an actual census document that proves that claim? So far, I have yet to find any official document that details the furfag population.
Also, Reckanin said earlier that there are only 40,000 to 100,000 furfags out there.

You know, I agree. They shouldn't include Yiff in the furry fandom, it should be a whole different fandom. That is probably why they have such a bad reputation...
But it isn't our choice what others do. It's theirs. I just try to let people make their own descisions, whether I like them or not. That's my opinion though.
The only problem I have with this video is the conclusions made. Some furries are insane, yes, but the ones I'm friends with are 100% normal.
Furfags are notorious for going on downvoting sprees due to rage and butthurt. If you want to blame someone, blame them.

What I find disgusting about furfags is, whether it be anthropomorphic animals or not, much of the "fandom" boils down to being based on sexualizing animal traits. Please do note that the biggest furfags sites are the ones that support yiffing and zoophilia.
However, where did this discussion even come from? I was just pointing out that disliking furfags is not as bad as racism or religious persecution...
But what about the majority of furries that DON'T have anything to do with yiff??
While I myself am not interested in furries, half-animals are are still acceptable. For example, nekos (or is it nekoes?) are fair game in my eyes, since they only have cat ears and a tail. Nagas are also cool. To me, as long as it looks like a human, I'm fine with it. Hell, I kind of have a cat-like personality (easily distracted, overly energetic, meow back at my cat when he wants fed), so I wouldn't mind being a neko. Being a furry, however, would be out of the question.
I'm too lazy and modest to self-promote my videos.
@Hobo84foryou Indeed, the statistics were used in that fashion; taking the time to read through the study makes it rather obvious. However, for all practical purposes, the video did what I wanted it to at the time. I'm a little too apathetic about this stuff now, though, as I have mentioned in another comment. All of the raids and trolling with the PN have kind of just become fond memories now.

I know this video is old but I am furry and this doesn't bother me one bit because it is one video with someone who has 190 subs and around 3000 views. So what if these some odd 3000 hate us. We know more than 3000 people hate us and we know it's not true so replying all mad and getting defensive only further proves this person is right to those you agree with them. Why are we incriminating ourselves?
