I build a 10" drill powered disk sander. It is a powerful disk sander. All material Use HMR that wht more precison and durable. There is a miter sanding attachment and there is a circle sanding attachment. i use drill for this sander maybe look not powerfull but this is very powerfull than you think, that i why i combine with my speed controler for setup RPM.
You can do beautiful woodwork with this great sanding machine.

You need to keep your workpiece on the side of the sandpaper, which is turning downwards. That will keep the workpiece on the table (precision and safety) and pull the dust downwards (health and cleanliness). Can't you switch the direction of your drill from right to left?

Thanks for this great DIY Disc Sanding Station! If you have a chance to reply I'd really like to learn about your home made table saw fence. I need to replace my fence and all the pre-made, quality fences are VERY expensive. I doubt you have a video on the fabrication, but any information you can provide would be MUCH appreciated. :)

A weakness with this otherwise good design is that it wouldn’t be easy to replace the abrasive paper when it wears out as it’s glued onto the disc.

If you haven't found them. Go to the Facebook group and search members for #plywoodworking. When the page finishes loading, the first thing you see is Plywoodworking Tips & Tricks. Click the SEE MORE, there is a link to the files to download. When you find the file you want (they are in alphabetical order) right click on it and the file will be zipped for download. You will see requests to please not delete the files, so please be careful.
How do you replace the sand paper?
I give paper tape on disc easy for replace sandpaper

rencanya kedepanya mau buat pke gerinda duduk mas tp dikombinasi lgi, ini buat skr dipake dlu sanga membantu
