In the begging ranking will be unbalanced and mixed but it will be balanced later as everybody gets the rank they deserve and everyone gets sent to where they belong, this is common in the beginning of the release of any ranked game.

Only because she’s new. Like how you play against Zafina. Early on, they seem hard to deal with… but then you realise their tells and easily wipe the floor with lesser players relying on the freshness of the kit.
