  • For a healthy body, it is very much essential to have a healthy mind!
Various defilements in the mind such as anger, worry, fear, depression, and ego make the mind unhealthy. An unhealthy mind affects the health of the body.
For good physical health, one needs exercise. Similarly for a healthy mind, one needs to exercise the mind. This exercise should do the cleansing of the mind from deep within, not only at the surface level.
What is this exercise, and how to do it?
Vipassana meditation is an exercise and to learn, one has to attend ten days course at a Vipassana center.
