Yea, Morde is super strong, even when behind he can still carry games! If you want LP, drop Garen until he gets buffed and just paly Mordekaise instead :)

What‘s the new Garen meta? My undestanding after some games of testing is Triforce -> Dead mans plate -> Sundered Sky. And for Runes still phase rush
Hey broski, appreciate these videos as a fellow Garen main. Have you tried rushing Kaenic Rookern against mord? I have been doing this recently and I swear on my dog it actually makes the lane an even matchup!
Haven’t tested it, but I think you can beat him with normal damage items aswell. If they have multiple ap champs I love going full mr though :D

have you already tried the item that crits your first hit on champions? i think it can be very good when you begin the combo with Q
Yea I've tried it a few times and Its really good for trading and the laning phase, but I still haven't figured out if I like it later on in the game, past laning phase. The heal seems to be a bit too small for mid-/late teamfights and you dont gain as much damage from this item as some others. I'll have to do more testing with it before I can know how good the items really is.

for me for some reason Garen feels better against now with a new items. I played morde vs garen and he just played safe, then, when he had 3 items - trinity force, sundered sky and BC i was just useless and cant kill him during my ult he just healed a lot with sundered sky and i just cant kill him, especially when later he had wits end. Maybe i should use tank build on morde, i don't know, cause Garen was shreding me very ez)
If the mordekaiser build rylais and constantly slow Garen, he should hit most spells and his W should make him tanky enough to survive the all in from Garen. Mordekaiser should win pretty hard after 2 items if you just build som ap bruiser items since Garen cant win an all in and you also have good short trades with eqw as mordekaiser. Don’t wanna give you more specific mordekaiser tips vs Garen so that you can win over me if we ever face each other in the future :D
Btw try stormrazor it gives a lot of good stats and the passive is also good on him
Stormrazor is really good for assassin Garen, if your team already has some other frontline and need a bit more damage, then Stormrazor deals a lot of damage. But most of the time, you are the only real frontliner and need to spend your gold on tankier items :( Though a lil crit Garen game is never bad!
And about the tank question on the other comment that i now deleted (was just that i was live on twitch), I actually mainly play mostly tank when I tryhard and not go for random content builds like this video. Crit is fun but definitely not the best build for Garen, There might come a video or two in the near future of me playing some tank (or more crit lol)

Yea, right now I think that trinity is a new core item for Garen and I buy it in most of my games. I haven't yet tested all the items in every situation, but soon I'll have a good understading of all the items and make a guide here on youtube for what to buy in different teamcomps and situations :)

Yea I feel you, it’s been 3 days and I already miss ironspike whip and Stridebreaker. But I’ve done a ton of testing and a item guide for Garen will be coming next week :)
