Tbh, he didn’t look even remotely healthy. A cardiac arrest AND he smokes 20+ cigs a day? AND he’s stressed out immensely bc he worked himself into the ground literally. It’s nappy days for him now. Dirt nappy

About 2000 Bars in Benidorm. This comes as no surprise to me. Benidorm = Booze/Sun. How sad that there is so much more to Spain and we seldom hear about this on YT. How any of the old, overweight gits boozing can speak Spanish ? What could they tell you of Spanish history, culture, traditions, geography, education ? I wonder if some of them can read & write.
I always wonder how come totally oblivious foreigners think they can make a living in f.e. Spain without any experience, opening a restaurant, a bar or a Fish & Chips, without checking the statistics of foreigners going broke within the first 6 months. The first hurdle always being the extremely lazy, uninterested in your problems and often absent Spanish civil servants, the local and generally insane laws and dozens of totally obsolete forms with stamps and signatures you need. There is a reason why lawyers in Spain make tons of € helping you out, for extremely high costs and not very seldom achieving nothing for you.

Yes they don't have a great attitude to learn other languages but tbh it's not their fault. İt's a cultural thing of the UK. Because English is one of the most dominant spoken languages worldwide Brits are left to think other languages are not needed or demanded as much. İt's an attitude that's been past down since colonial times. I'm not saying I agree with it but I reckon this is the reason why ' Brits ' don't learn 2nd language freely, like other nationalities do.
