I've had orange kyanite cross my path recently and I love it. I'm definitely more calm and balanced when I wear it. I've been able to see the fun in situations and focus on being present in the moment. I have a pendant that has orange kyanite and selenite, could you please tell me how they work together?

Hello Adam! I am a huge fan of your videos and am wondering if, with your extended knowledge, you could point me in the direction of a crystal that assists in dispelling social anxiety?
Hey, i just randomly read your comment, and i know I am not adam, but maybe i can help you as well :) my first suggestion would be a rhodonite, as its a stone of compassion and emotional balance, nurturing you with love and calming your anxiety through a very strong grounding energy . It balances yin-yang, and takes you out of "panic zone" back into reality. When you’re grounded, you’re more likely to feel relaxed, balanced and free. Hematite or axinite also help a lot with anxiety (very strong grounding energy).
If you also want to protect your aura, especially when you're an empath, i would recommend also protective stones such as black tourmaline (any black stone works), sugilite or moldavite.
Other honorable mentions would be turquoise, blue lace agate, malachite, morganite. But to REALLY fight social anxiety and grow from it, i suggest meditating with kyanite, as it will show you the root of your anxiety while aligning your chakras at the same time. Or meditate with phenacite (it changed everthing for me and turned my anxieties into calming acceptance and understanding..its hard to explain)

Can green, blue, black and orange kyanite be carried together? I carry them all in a small bag in my pocket.
I saw a kyanite gem I was curious what is the difference between the gem and the crystal if there is any.
