    Water for boil - 2 litre
    Rice - 1 glass
    For rice boil -
    Water - 2 litter
    1 bay leaves
    1 mace
    Black cardamom - 1
    Cinnamon
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Ghee - 1 tsp
    Oil - 1/4 cup
    Onion - 1/2 cup
    Shah jeera - 1 tsp
    For biryani
    Onion - 1/2 cup
    Garlic - 1tsp
    Green chilli - 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
    Tomato - 1/2 cup
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
    Biryani masala - 1.5 tsp
    Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
    Curd - 4 tbsp
    Coriander leaves
    Fried kathal
    Salt
    Coriander leaves
    Sprinkle garam masala and biryani masala
    Ghee - 1 tsp
    Add boiled rice
    Repeat same process
    Add fried onion
    wheat flour for covering for dum
