Chloe seems like such a well put together wonderful person. I never really watched the show regularly but my mom/sisters would have it on and I'd randomly see parts of it, and she was the one that stuck out to me. It kind of amazes me that she was treated perhaps the most poorly on the show but, might be the most genuine and well balanced person. Hearing the comments from Abby about her family, and seeing how much of a well balanced person she is? It's ridiculous! Clearly her family did an amazing job raising her... and she's not one of the... 'fame hungry' people from the show. I think she would be a joy to be around and hopefully all the people in her life appreciate her!!
The period underwear are amazing! Also I would 10000/10 recommend the diva cup for the days when you go swimming or don’t wanna worry etc instead of a tampon. It’s more sustainable, comfortable, and doesn’t have chemicals.
I love your morning routine very productive and you eat a lot of healthy foods which is really good for you I’m glad you are staying healthy. You take showers during the morning and I take them in the evening or at night it depends.

Tampons don’t shorten your period or prevent your body from doing anything. The uterine lining will shed no matter what. Tampons are just more absorbent and they are necessary for many people’s lifestyles. You’re not hurting your body if you use tampons correctly.
Tampons are made from bleached cotton, and fibrous particles get embedded in the uterine wall. They are not healthy. Diva cups (made from medical-grade silicon) or period underwear are healthier

If I’m out I’ll usually wear both a tampon and a pad but as soon as I get home I will remove both and just wear it by itself.

Period talk shouldn't make females feel weird or uncomfortable talking about it. How messed up has the world been to women to make it a normal thing to feel uncomfortable about a natural thing half of humanity goes through.
