Keaton man! this is exactly what i needed to hear today. The SMMA model in theory makes a lot of sense, i mean who wouldnt pay an agency owner who is making them money and actually generating leads. I joined a community and aspiring start ups like myself are struggling man. i was now getting cold feet and losing my conviction but i was failing to see a truth staring at me right in the face, 9/10 BUSINESSES FAIL ANYWAY , BECAUSE RUNNING A BUSINESS IS HARD. I started in smma in 2011 before people even knew what digital marketing was. I’ve seen so many people come and go. I’ve seen the models change so many times and so many different gurus selling courses on it but the biggest reason I see people fail is they learn how to get clients but don’t learn how to fulfill those clients so they burn the client which then burns their business
