Most obviously Bachira, his ego to find friends through soccer (the monster) was a false ego he built up after being ostracized as a child, his original ego was just to play freely with the ball. Secondly Barou's "king" ego is actually false, instead of having a system he rules, his true ego is actually to tear down other people from the top spot, not to just be the top himself. Kaneshiro likes to have storylines rhyme each other, so these two in particular were probably remixed and inverted for Kaiser.

Whole point of this chapter is to show you that Kaiser didn’t choose his character, it was molded into him with his horrible childhood and abuse. The character he is today is because of his past.
I think the title “ Zero” is going to refer to Kaiser return back to zero, breaking his old mindset completely and forging a new one made from his failure and pain of becoming the naked emperor
this chapter is so surreal. I was literally in this situation recently. It’s personal to me because up until recently I was in a relationship with someone like Kaiser. She also went through abuse growing up and we have been on friendly terms for the past year and a half or so. But she recently was caught stealing music from others and whether it was intentional or not, it’s still wrong. I believe her when she says it wasn’t intentional but she refused to do due diligence or accept that she upset a lot of people by not following ethical standards and social norms. She blamed me for everything and called me a bunch of ableist and homophobic slurs (I have autism and adhd) and I realised that she had been making fun of me the entire time and putting me down just to make herself feel better. She views all of us as privileged because we grew up with parents and enough resources and so I think it makes her happy to just be mean to others and act like a sociopath. I also think she wasn’t taking her adhd medication again which is why she is having such violent mood swings. I ended the friendship and I don’t think she has very many if any friends left because one of my other friends told her that we are all fed up with her and her manipulation and lies. I thought she was my friend but she was just pretending and manipulating me. It made me feel worthless and really dumb. I dislike her, but I don’t hate her. She would make me laugh a lot when I was down and I enjoyed making music with her. I don’t think the good times that we had together were entirely fake. I think she enjoyed it too, even if just a little bit. I get that she had an awful past but many ppl I know have, so like Kaiser she has to evolve and move past that. I didn’t want to struggle with anger issues or sports anymore so I tried working on it and I’m lucky I have older friends in school who also understand me I actually feel wanted and understood and it makes them happy. They’re like a mom and dad to me. 😊 I’ll give people advice: it’s all to do with changing your stress response. The rubber band effect means that you can do a lot of surface level work but in times of stress you will revert back to your original programming which is a combination of your “nature” (genetics), and the coping mechanism you built as a child. In order to become healthy you have to go back to the beginning and unlearn your stress response and build a new one and get your nervous system attuned to that. It can take a really really long time, especially if you were heavily abused and weren’t able to heal your inner child, so you became a toxic positive cheerleader in order to protect the inner child. However this can only work for so long and won’t work in adulthood. If you don’t know your genetics for stress responses then look at your other family members and you can have an idea. For me my family on my dad’s side usually just bottles it up and thugs it out, and they start doing lots of work to take their mind off of it especially if it’s something that’s to do with emotions. On my mom’s side we yell and break stuff. I think a lot of that is also difference between Japanese and Argentinian culture. I spent about half of my life in Argentina from birth then moved to Japan when I was 9. I have moved to the UK since last year and I am 15 today so that is 7 years I have been away from Argentina. I think I am more similar to my mom than my dad.
So that's what happens when you meet an abused child who is recently charged with assault and decide not to get him to therapy, pretty sad. Kaiser really needed some therapy, and he could have been like others. Also, Isagi seems to have a grudge against those who claim to be kings and emperors, and tends to force them to submit to his control.

Kaiser was introduced as the World’s NG 11, that beat Noa in speed-shooting (Kaiser Impact), and was the Embodiment of “future” Isagi (Isagi himself stated back then when the first match with Barcha), but theN the recent chapter came out and I just realized something, this arc is not only about Isagi’s and other blue lock’s player development through “technical” things like Metavision, Lefty Shoot, Two Gun Revolver, etc. But deep inside, is the development of Kaiser himself through destruction of his “malice” mindset. I like Kaiser, but i’ll like him even more if he and Isagi just become a good duo/ rival.
I believe zero is going to be for the amount of allys kaiser has by the end of the match. I feel like everyone wants Kaiser to succeed cause he’s new gen 11 but isagi saying it’s his team now just confirms that I think he’s going to try to win over ness with a pass

Me personally, I never hated Ness that much, only found him a bit annoying how much he dick ride Kaiser but after his backstory chapters I stopped hating him since I understood him better. NOW, after this chapter, it seems Ness is also a victim which is just sad because Kaiser not being raised right caused this. It's kinda funny when you think about some of the other characters' backgrounds, for example: Isage- Normal background with loving parents and will more than likely be the NO. 1 Striker in the world by the end of the series. Rin- Normal background and became an edgelord after getting cooked by his big bro basically, above Isagi right now, maybe. Barou- I AM HIM, then Isagi victim. Nagi and Reo- Normal background, and played cause they were bored basically. Some of the rest are basically the same as above except those we either don't know yet or falls into 3 categories: they were poor and needed money(that guy from team z I forgot), have some mental illness(Bachira my goat) and/or needed an escape(think Igarashi).
I think that Kaiser and Isagi currently are very similar to Barou and Isagi in the first and second selections. King and emporer showing their dominance over Isagi just for him to evolve greatly with his vision and then his shooting just for Isagi to completely destroy and dethrone the king and emperor leading them to a backstory with a break in resolve and then an awakening prepared to crush Isagi. The king being Barou in first and second selections and the emperor being Kaiser in the NEL.

Remember how everyone thought that Kaiser was a fraud because he missed the magnus a shot that he never perfected. The reality was that Kaiser did perfect it but only when stationary.

I believe this chapter confirms to me that Kaiser may not score and Ness will support Isagi. From what we've seen Kaiser became his father in some type of way and is using Ness in a egotistical but also abusive way. We also see that Ness' ego is being suppressed bc of Kaiser. With that in mind I see Isagi getting assist from Ness to possibly seal the Isagi hattrick and the true downfall for Kaiser. Or Kaiser scores solo.

For me my family on my dad’s side usually just bottles it up and thugs it out, and they start doing lots of work to take their mind off of it especially if it’s something that’s to do with emotions. On my mom’s side we yell and break stuff. I think a lot of that is also difference between Japanese and Argentinian culture. I spent about half of my life in Argentina from birth then moved to Japan when I was 9. I have moved to the UK since last year and I am 15 today so that is 7 years I have been away from Argentina. I think I am more similar to my mom than my dad.

Kaiser was introduced as the World’s NG 11, that beat Noa in speed-shooting (Kaiser Impact), and was the Embodiment of “future” Isagi (Isagi himself stated back then when the first match with Barcha), but theN the recent chapter came out and I just realized something, this arc is not only about Isagi’s and other blue lock’s player development through “technical” things like Metavision, Lefty Shoot, Two Gun Revolver, etc. But deep inside, is the development of Kaiser himself through destruction of his “malice” mindset.
I like Kaiser, but i’ll like him even more if he and Isagi just become a good duo/ rival.
So hopefully, Isagi destroy Kaiser and make Kaiser awaken his true “ego”

Me personally, I never hated Ness that much, only found him a bit annoying how much he dick ride Kaiser but after his backstory chapters I stopped hating him since I understood him better. NOW, after this chapter, it seems Ness is also a victim which is just sad because Kaiser not being raised right caused this.
It's kinda funny when you think about some of the other characters' backgrounds, for example:
Isage- Normal background with loving parents and will more than likely be the NO. 1 Striker in the world by the end of the series.
Rin- Normal background and became an edgelord after getting cooked by his big bro basically, above Isagi right now, maybe.
Barou- I AM HIM, then Isagi victim.
Nagi and Reo- Normal background, and played cause they were bored basically.
Some of the rest are basically the same as above except those we either don't know yet or falls into 3 categories: they were poor and needed money(that guy from team z I forgot), have some mental illness(Bachira my goat) and/or needed an escape(think Igarashi).
I think that Kaiser and Isagi currently are very similar to Barou and Isagi in the first and second selections. King and emporer showing their dominance over Isagi just for him to evolve greatly with his vision and then his shooting just for Isagi to completely destroy and dethrone the king and emperor leading them to a backstory with a break in resolve and then an awakening prepared to crush Isagi. The king being Barou in first and second selections and the emperor being Kaiser in the NEL.
Based on the comments I've read here, this is my hypothesis * Rin will score the next PXG goal (because he stole it and will activate destroyer mode. Because Charles almost want to quit, Rin will have control of PXG''s offense, score 2-1 PXG)
* Ness and Kaiser will still try doing the "Magnus" but will fail again * Kaiser will lash it out on Ness spilling why he picked Ness as his doggo * Ness will FINALLY hop off Kaiser's d and will finally help Isagi to score instead (Ness x Kurona x Hiori x Isagi TOP PERFORMANCE, score 2-2 TIE) * The Star Minutes will start and both Loki and Noa subs in * Loki vs Ness, Charles will be in the mood again because his master is finally in the game * Charles being a contrarian, ignores all "free" passing routes to Zesty Demon and/or Destroyer and still forced Loki to run through everyone and make a path for himself * Bastard's defenders will sniff out the "unpredictable" pass course (most likely Hiori, Isagi and Kiora are possible options too)

I believe this chapter confirms to me that Kaiser may not score and Ness will support Isagi. From what we've seen Kaiser became his father in some type of way and is using Ness in a egotistical but also abusive way. We also see that Ness' ego is being suppressed bc of Kaiser.
With that in mind I see Isagi getting assist from Ness to possibly seal the Isagi hattrick and the true downfall for Kaiser. Or Kaiser scores solo.

Crazy how isagoat keeps getting better by adapting, but Kaiser never changed and just coasted by based on natural talent. He going to realise that he has to change if he wants to win. I think he will realise that he actually likes Nees, and see how their relationship is inferior to the one Isagi has with Hiyori and Kurona and Kunigami whom I think will all help him with his goals. I think Kaiser will score none and finally be humbled. Usually these types of people need it in order to change.

He had to keep developing his spatial awareness and adapting and still he is not close to Kaiser’s level, who hasn’t developed at all since the beginning of the arc

But you definitely can’t progress if you go from 1 to 0 which is what kaiser does by crushing weak players . If you are trying to get to the top of a staircase why would you suddenly walk down?

The most uninteresting people in any kind of anime or manga are people that stay with their goody two shoes act like Isagi.

He never learned that. And probably never went to school after he went out of elementary school. So he desperately tries to force "evil" kind of emotions to even feel barely anything. Thats a pretty sad way to life. I pity him. I think what he really "needs" is a huge lose but a Ness/Team that stays with him despite his failure. Maybe he fears that he isn't worth anything as a human if he loses. Someone needs him to get rid of this.
