It really was! I own Kirsten& Samantha from childhood and never considered buying any more until the sale and now I own Corrine and evette (who is a gift for a child to pass on the habit)

First of all, you are NOT ancient! I am appreciative that someone closer to my age (I am a little older than you) makes videos about AG and that has all the nostalgia of Pleasant Company. I moved countries when I was 9, and was only able to bring the catalog with me. I would gaze over it knowing that I couldn’t buy anything from it. It was truly devastating so I can relate to wanting so much stuff from it but not being able to have it.
Finding your channel is such a nice way to relive my childhood. I was a Felicity fan, and now because of your last video I RAN TO GET ARIEL. Thank you for reminding me that adults can also play with dolls and relive our childhood dreams. ❤

I’m an OG enthusiast as well but love Corrine. My daughters are there target age demographic and whenever we would visit our local store I would linger at her display and hope one of them would pick her 😂 they never did so I bought her for myself during the end of the year sale. I also love Saige from 2013. Beautiful hair and eye color.
Saige is so pretty, and she has a gorgeous outfit collection 😅 and her earring set is so cute. She was extremely popular when she came out in 2013.
I find her sculpt absolutely lovely. I only own one AG doll, but I want this one. There’s just something about her…
I got Cori back in 2022 on NYC. I didn’t plan on getting her but when I saw her I fell in love. She’s SO pretty and unique

I love Corrine’s mold, and I like the way the coloured hair is mixed with regular hair so it’s not too overt. I also got her during the sale. I was going to get her sister Gwynn as my one Wellie Wisher-sized doll, but I waited too long, and she’s sold out.
I really love the shade of blue they used in her hair! Gwen is so cute! I already have way too much stuff so she was out of the question
I got her during the sale too. I love her! Also her story was hyped as a Covid story but it’s not. It’s barely mentioned. Get her meet accessories they really complete the outfit. Also I suggest getting her hiking outfit and accessories it’s so dang cute

I know! I almost didn’t do it, but she’s my fav GOTY of all time, so I had to. Her price was insane!
I love Corrine first GOTY i bought on her release day online. I always have to wait to get GOTY for my birthday or Christmas. So Corinne means alot to me
I mostly just collect Historical American Girl dolls like you but when I saw Corinne’s video and story online I fell in love with her little character and her relationship with her little sister Gwynn. I had to have her after that. I also love her big beautiful eyes. She looks adorable in her ski outfit too!❤
Corrine was one I sold and then decided oooh I want her again! I ended up with a beautiful Corrine from a friend who customized her slightly and I just love her. She didn't like the meet sweater and had an esty seller make her a better one! So now my Corrine is so pretty! I also got Gwynn for a super crazy good price on ebay right after she sold out on AG. Gwynn is so cute and really compliments Corrine
Corinne grew on me so much, and the $65 sale got me too! Her book is fantastic, too.
I love my Corinne and I used to live in that area so have really enjoyed both of her books
I love her so much. Before Claudie she was my go to girl to photograph. Yours has a lot more blue on the ends than mine does. I can pretty easily hide the blue. Maybe when you take the braids out.
I held off on buying Corinne. That aqua blue was something that held me off but I saw more photos of her and it I came to like it. When AG had the end of the year sale, that’s when I decided to add her to my collection. Thanks for your review.
I bought her from amazon on special just before Christmas. It was a great price for here in NZ so why not. I love her. I haven't bought any of her collection. Can only buy on Amazon so waiting for specials. Enjoy.
Wow your Corinne has a LOT of blue hair! I had to go get mine to compare and there’s much less blue, and also her hair seems a bit shorter than your Corinne (I got her in early 2023).
I also kept her in her meet style since getting her, but it’s starting to look a bit gnarly with redressing her many times - she has an amazing outfit collection, and it’s a shame to just leave her in her meet all the time. Her casual outfit is the best one IMO! Kris’ Doll Studio has a video tutorial of 3 hairstyles for Corinne, if you’re ever interested.
Mom always says to keep the braids in and to never take the braids out. I took out many dolls meet braids and i kick myself still for this day Kaya was my biggest regret in undoing her braids and shes an older Kaya too
I agree with what you had said about the eyelashes. Corrine and Nanea are the few dolls that actually look good with eyelashes because it is not done as aggressively compared to newer dolls. I don't particularly care to the newer sets of lashes that either look clearly printed on (the eyelashes are cheap looking) or make the dolls look...off to me. The bottom lashes feel a bit much on some dolls.
I got Corinne last summer on sale and I think she's awesome!! I agree with all you said about her meet outfit and I adore her mold and bigger eyes

I paired her meet leggings with the Colorado shirt from her casual/skating outfit. The sweater wasn't my favorite either. It's kind of blah.

Corinne is very cute. I recently just got white body dolls of Molly, Samantha, and Kirsten. Hoping to get a signed Molly in my collection one day. I always wanted a Molly when she came out, but never got one, so as an adult, I'm indulging :). Congratulations on your collection!

You can take a q-tip and remove the painted on lashes if your not a fan
I collect GOTY's and Historical's. I need to get Caudie and Lilla to finish my colloction that just includes just the doll and maybe her assccories. But I'm wanting to get the rest of the Hoffman twin's outfits and some of their other assccories. Im debating on getting the Disney princess Core dolls their so pretty and i loved Disney princess when i was little.
Would you ever consider making a replica of Samantha's PC meet outfit ribbon? Just asking because you have done so with other ribbons. 😊
