Ok, but why i need the scenario context?
E.g. you can get tags that are used by current scenario.

In SpecFlow3 access to ScenarioInfo context done in another way than in specflow2. So if you are migrating from specflow2 to 3 then you need to refactor your tests were scenario context used.
