Hello bro is it necessary to reduce the height of the first floor roof in comparison to ground floor roof height. For example if height between ground floor flooring and ceiling is 11 feet can we provide the same height between ground floor roof and first floor ceiling? Or we need to reduce the height at first floor? Please provide your expert opinion/advice/guidance as soon as possible.
Agar dono floor mei aap false Ceiling karwani hai to dono ki height same rakhni hogi kam se kam 11 feet 🙏
@@positivebuilder Thanks Brother for your valuable guidance and quick reply.
on the contrary equal height of columns is preferable for routine constructions. differential height of columns may lead to disastrous consequences while resisting lateral loads, if not expressly designed and detailed. ergo i think from structural stability point of view , equal height storeys aka floors is better than otherwise.
although your averments are ok but the brickwork is very poor.👷👍🙏
Hilly Area mei construction cost jyada aati hai due to transportation and other reasons isliye second class brick laani padti hai owner ko sasta chahiye ab kya kr skte hai waise hum suggest karte hai cost bta kr ki iske fayde aur nuksaan per ab apne hisaab se Nhi hota sabkuch
@@positivebuilder you missed my point "brickwork" and not "bricks". i was criticizing the workmanship not the material. material i can understand may vary from place to place and qualitative and economic aspects do play a huge role but workmanship is something which is totally distinct and deserves to be correctly developed and deployed.
