Main kabhi kisi desi ke saath kaam karna recommend nahi karunga. America main most desi bosses either don’t pay on time or make you work more then what you got hired for. I always work with non desis and whenever I gotta chance to work with desi supervisor it was a bad experience. They are very micro managing. Even desi business partners you have to be careful. May be I got used to working with goras, Mexicans and kalas.
