I saw a really cook trick for curtains (you should try it with your pink velvet ones): Take an empty toilet paper or paper towel roll and cut in into short sections. Place it in between each loop of the curtains on the rod. It will give the curtains a more structured and elegant look!

It is awesome. The whole house seems almost similar to mine. I was looking for a very minimilistic modern type of design and this one is just perfect. Even the rooftop in which you have a lot of privacy and those lights are dope😍

She probably doesn’t need the roommate. That’s a smart thing actually, to rent out some rooms in your house and let them cover the monthly mortgage payments. Not forever, but just for a year or few years and that way you can put that money towards investing into other things! 👍🏻😊 that’s my plan

Great update. I was curious what you were going to do with the top deck area, like maybe put up a grilling area. Still not a bad idea but you didn't show your side area until this episode. What a wonderful sanctuary, cool,relaxing but also a really great place for outside cooking. Last thing let's not forget that you live in the Great Pacific Northwest and it gets a little dark and gloomy in the winter months so the mostly white you are using is a great way to help fight the winter doldrums. The rug you need is by ruggable. It goes in the washer and it's easy. Literally the best thing when having dogs or kids.
