Grilled Cheese Hot Dogs are Crazy Delicious

These hotdog grilled cheese sandwiches are so simple but so tasty.  The recipe is easy. We used Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, but you can use your favorite for this recipe. We also scored the hotdogs, this created an extra crispiness. First grate your cheese and cook your hotdogs. Once they are done, you can assemble your grilled cheese hotdog. Simply add some cheese into the bun, seasoning if you’d like, your hotdog, and then compress more cheese on top. It is important to compress the cheese because you will first cook cheese side down. Allow the cheese to crisp up, then cook on both sides of the bun. This comes together in minutes and is so versatile. You can add any, extra toppings inside and this goes well with many different sauces and dips.
