despite the nerf, a well build ocho, i still find a pain to take down if you don't have any rust weapons, it takes a ton of beating to take them down still
I was experimenting a lot with the Seven pilot as the pilot to use when you use the Jump module. Equip two Repair modules, mechanic skill, and jump and you have a constant stream of healing from 3 sources and then severn ability kicks in post battle. Using the jump module at the start can get your Ocho out to the center beacon very quickly like Strider, then i was using pulsars to lock enemy beacon runners.

What best drone for both pilot freedy
Lovidze can give the Ochokochi defence points while Seven can heal the Ochokochi. Both their unique skills are cool to be honest, but I'll pick Seven because healing is important to Ochokochi. That way, I don't need a Repair Unit, but instead, I'll give it Phase Shift.
Vephko has more originality and that's often my main concern. The fact Seven is portrayed as mysterious and very intelligent yet all she does is the same as a common repair module, is "Noa Minax" levels of disappointing. If instead she gave stealth as long as there's no DoT on the robot and/or disabled the area damage part of the ability but increased the duration of the bot's own DoT by 1 second (becoming 7 seconds, which fits the name) that would be more fitting and an original addition to the game's strategic depth.
But this is just my view as a nitpicker. By now they have moved past Ocho and are focusing on new robots anyway.

Well,I as a f2p gotten unknown ochokochi and I just run havoc and scatter from the scorpion event few months ago but they aren't mark 2,don't got the pilot but works genuinely well
@@farqad-we6kt I got mine to mk 2.4 and use the leg.pilot that restores hp based on ability dmg. and have about 5 gold skills.
I now run it with the spike and needle, I use the hiruko drone at lvl 10.
It's now at a level that is definitely fun and usable. Those zapper weaps would be IDEAL though. But we'll see what they're like after a NERF.
I was running the sonic weap combo before the harpoons. Harpoons were a bit better cuz they ignore energy shields.
Glad u got it working. I'm happy enough to have finally won the thing too. I'm not f2p tho ..... more like a chuck a buck player that refuses to chase the meta .....
I'm glad the bot is still useable after the nerf, without a meta weapon. You still need to jack it up to a certain degree tho.
