De-clawing a cat is literally amputating the cat’s every fingers and toes at the first joint level, comparing to human anatomy. Would you like the first digit portion of all your fingers and toes be amputated? Anybody is even thinking about de-clawing their cat, they should instead either give their cat to someone who would not, or alter the environment to meet their cat’s needs, such as getting scratching posts, cat trees, more durable fabric sofa/chair rather than leather ones and spend time to teach/discipline them. YES, YOU CAN DISCIPLINE/TEACH a cat do or not do certain things, very much like in a dog. You do need to start early before unwanted habits form. If you are a REAL CAT LIVER, you should love them unconditionally, without taking away their nature given tools. Tku！🐈⬛ 🐈
