such a cool and simple groove. Amazing how iconic riffs like this and Walk and such can be so simple and easy to play or write. Its that charisma or intangibles that make a few chords magical

So who was singing this while listening? Nice job on the guitar!
I was singing all the way except lost a line or two in the pre-chorus, every time, dammit. But, I nailed the rest. I used to play this whole album endlessly while on my guitar. So, I could tell he nailed every note and ghost note. He played Marty's solos very well and demolished Dave's, as well. Expert player and teacher.
If you really listen to Dave's guitar part isolated you can hear he uses his voice to fill in a lot of the notes you'd otherwise think are on guitar.
The man is a genius in all honesty, he's the instrument, he just combines whatever tools he has into a single unified composition.
I think its one of the reasons Dave is one of the greatest song writers of our generation easily.
