I remember the samsung galaxy s4 could take pictures as fast as you could tap the shutter circle and you didn’t have to mess around with the pro options either. Now its so confusing because when you try to change shutter speed the screen changes colour so you have to change another setting to even it out. Shouldn’t have to do all this just to take a faster picture.

Some phones have only few options in pro mode. Unfortunately nothing can be done in such a case.

Change the +,- and iso your shutter speed will be adjusted accordingly and you will notice high shutter speed
Remember when you will decrease the iso and +,-(Actually its exposure) pic will get dark because its catching less light due to less duration of a second to capture a frame.

This one is the default One Plus camera app. Most new phones should have these settings under ""Manual Mode" under default camera app.

The Samsung A50s supports Manual Mode. you should find a setting to change the same.

Note 8 offers manual exposure controls in a Pro Mode. Swipe left to right from the main camera screen and tap Pro to access it. Here you'll be able to control shutter speed, white balance, focus, ISO, and exposure compensation.
