You definitely can! Just make sure you don't include your GPA if the failed courses significantly lowered your overall GPA.

I think you displayed all of these soft skills. Communication by effectively passing an information to us, Creativity in the eye-pleasing video edit and Confidence in the way the information was passed.
I have a question, if I have 2 experiences, can I write it then write skills under and list the soft skills I want to show. then after that still create a different skill section where I portray my hard skills?
