Apart from the food, I enjoyed everything the package gave us. I’m not afraid to say that I did cry at the Lion King experience performance. Was so well done. I don’t understand why they don’t do these kind of packages for other seasons as well. Loved the drink and I’ve still got the tumbler too!! When the said private drumming experience, I thought it was for everyone but Karen and I missed it too! Worth it for the quickness getting into see the show!
I loved this season and I agree they should do similar packages for other seasons as it is a great way to get the most out of your time/your experience there. I think we were all in tears before the curtain was even raised at the show - it was so atmospheric and moving!
Defo adding this to my booking! I LOVE Hakuna Matatas and loves shows and meet and greets so this is perfect for me!! Also booking Chez Remy as I love the food in there and really gets me in the Disney mood!! 🙊🙊
Brilliant video. Always so informative. I loved the Lion King experience when my boyfriend Chris and I did it in September. It’s totally worth it, especially the Rhythm of the Pride land show. So amazing. We didn’t do the drumming session, had no real interest to. Meeting Minnie in her jungle outfit was great. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the lunch in Hakuna Matana restaurant. But I did like the ice cream and it was worth doing just for the meets with Rafiki and Mickey Mouse. The cocktail drink in the Lion King cup they give you is yummy and the cup is a gorgeous souvenir. I highly recommend the Lion King experience. Totally worth it.
I totally agree Karen - we loved it! I think they could switch up the menu a little bit at the lunch so you could have something else if you wished as it was a bit of an aquired taste! I think it was possibly the best season I've experienced so far - loved it! x
We really loved the season. Although I had heard a lot of negative reviews from the Hakuna Matata lunch, I must say that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. They had vegetarian/vegan options too, and it was delicious. We didn't get round to doing the drumming either 🙈 To be honest, I think there was so many aspects to the season, that especially on our first ever trip, there was so much to take in. We prioritised what was most important to us. Meeting Minnie mouse and seeing the show was the highlight of our trip. Minnie mouse was so wonderful and spent a long time interacting with us. She made an extra fuss of us when she heard that my husband and I were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We came out with many wonderful photographs. The show was extraordinary, I cried. I feel like I felt everything. The stage characters, interacted with my daughter and I, they winked at us when they were bowing at the end. It was fantastic! The drink was delicious, it was most welcomed when we went back to our hotel for a rest. I would love to have it again. We spent our 15€ on merch that was specifically the Lion king or jungle book. I wanted us all to come away with something that reminded us of all the things we took part in for the season. We personally would not do it next time we go, if it is that season again, as we found there were other things we wanted to do and see, and never got the time to do them, however, I would recommend this experience 100% to anybody else, it was very magical. When we came home, we immediately went on CZcams to see the parade again "we're on our way!" The music was fantastic ❤️
It was amazing wasn't it - even when walking around the parks at Christmas Amy and I were reminiscing about the Lion King season! I think the package is great if it is your first visit or you are only there for a day or two as it really helps you to get the highlights of the season as it were - but it does eat in to your time a bit and as you say, there is so much more to explore! I loved the food too, and I think it's a great idea to spend your giftcard on something specific to the season as that way you'll always remember it! x
I didnt have the experience as the food wasnt our kind of thing and it was our first time going so lots of other things we needed to do 😂. But it didnt take away from our experience. The parade alone made everything magical. It was amazing.
This season is amazing, I really hope they make it a permanent thing as it’s so colourful and fun! 🦁🌴 Mickey and Minnie look so cute in their outfits don’t they? 😍

Hello 😃 I don’t know the different ticket prices throughout the year as I have an annual pass, but they do special offers (it’s just a case of keeping an eye on the website). You can buy direct in the link I included on the other video I believe - and you can also buy tickets from websites such as AttractionTix (but I haven’t bought from them so can’t recommend from experience). Hope that helps 😃
