How about the gymnast? The type of person that goes to bed in one position, move around in uncomfortable positions all through the night, and end up waking up facing the other side of the bed (start head on headboard, finish head on footboard)! My sister does that. And then if we share a bed in a hotel room, she kicks and smacks me around before sometimes falling off the bed!

YES! Exactly what i'm experiencing. I finished a 13 hour work shift at 5am, only got to sleep at 10am and woke up at noon. It's been one and a half hours since and i've got work in 4 hours. Help.
