    So how are you doing step1 with your work related tasks? Just importing or copy/pasting your work tasks from Trello/Asana kinda work apps to your OmniFocus? I keep noticing that having a task in two task managers (work (Trello and Asana) and my own (Todoist, before that: Wunderlist)) is actually as confusing as having tasks in separate systems, but you can't force others to use the same system/apps as you to make your own system more streamlined. How are you dealing with that?
