I don't think I've ever struggled vs a ranged top outside of Vayne or Varus, every other marksman you get boots and run down or just scale and become 3x more useful than.
I think someone who's a challenger top and very good at using ranged top, struggling while vsing an inting garen than ends up more useful says a lot
