2:58 Norbert Elgert is actually a manager legend at Schalke. He coached players like Manuel Neuer, Mesut Özil, Julian Draxler or Leeroy Sane in the Youth teams.
Actually, Ouedraogo has been a somewhat regular for Schalke this season already and scored in the opener against Hamburg. Nice to see a return to german football (even though I would've prefered the other second fallen giant from the 2000s, Werder Bremen)

Not related but how can we have this kinda on-time realistic save based in real life? Do you just put a lot of time in the Editor. But after all, Chroo Sunday wahoo!
I haven’t really touched the editor too much this year. For this save I matched Schalkes record in real life which was 4 wins 1 draw and 8 losses. I did it by saving before they played, holiday 1 day and see if I got the result needed. I got lucky that the goal difference was the same. It took 2ish hours maybe a bit more.
I used Tempelmann in my Sigma Olomouc save, he was a very serviceable BBM/VOL all the way to the Europa League level

I must tell you about Bayern in FM. For some reason, SI make them pretty human in the game. The dynasty is easy to end and their mishaps happen WAY too much for Bayern.

Ouedraogo developed really well for me. For the u19s I have been noticing a lack of development
