It's also 100% creepy that all the time growing up, I was watching a drug addicted cartoon bird flipping out over illicit drugs thinly disguised to look like chocolate

I just realized Sonny and The Trix Rabbit have the opposite problems going for them. Sonny spends all of his ads trying to stay away from the cereal advertised, but the cereal literally keeps barging into his life. Meanwhile, The Trix Rabbit spends all of his ads trying to obtain the cereal advertised, but the universe keeps conspiring against him to make so that he never gets a bite of that cereal.
