You keeping the Raul Youthquake or selling it? I have a few superfractors from this set. I got a Paulo Costa and a Micheal Chandler auto 1/1, I’m pretty happy about it. I know they’ve both lost a few fights in their last outings but they always have entertaining fights!

@@RecksCollects yeah I figured you’d keep it haha I think after watching close to 100 hobby boxes get opened, that was probably the best card I’ve seen get pulled on CZcams, congrats!
I actually just got into collecting UFC cards and opened 2 hobby boxes myself but they were pretty terrible lol it was terrible enough to open my eyes to buying singles and going quality over quantity approach.
I actually just got rug pulled buying a Raul Rosa Black Disco 1/1 psa 10 on eBay this week. The guy had a buy it now option for 3k and had a bidding war going on but the reserve wasn’t met and the bidding only reached 1025$ so I swooped in last minute and outbid everyone and met the minimum offer he’d take of 1500$(nobody bid past 1025$) so I paid it immediately. Got so excited about having a 1/1, I hunted down all the rainbow cards that night and bought them all. Very next morning, the guy cancelled the order and refunded my money and made up a lie that he couldn’t sell it to me because he lost it.
I think he had bigger plans for that card and seen the hype wasn’t there yet and he’ll probably pretend he found it and out it back on the market a few years down the road. Greasy move on his part and I couldn’t even give him a bad review for it either. So upsetting lol

How much does having the 1st/50 matter in terms of value. I pulled a 1/50 gold Leon rocky edwards
I don’t think much. They call them book ends, so for /50 # 1 and # 50 would be them. Not too much price diff. Some collectors do value a little more though. Nice pull either way!!!!

Yeah no doubt man. I’ve pulled some bangers from these hobby boxes, but you’d expect a few with the amount I ripped but that’s the gamble breaking Wax I guess.

@jblizzard5577 you will find cards that are worth something, but yes, you’ll never get ROI by buying sealed cases and expecting a return, or else everyone would do it. It’s a product review, so I wanted to open as many as I could to get viewers informed. You make money on cards knowing which players are over/under valued - buy low and sell high. Like the stock market I guess. Me, I’m just a madman and enjoy ripping wax :)
