Are these modifications RTO approved? Does one need any kind of RTO approvals for those kind of headlights
our Indian RTA rules are so stupid and very strict that you can't add or modify anything on the car. even adding sticker is illegal according to RTA rules. But normally police don't care about these simple modifications as long as you are not making structural changes. If they stop for any other reason and you have all documents then they will fine you about these modifications.
