2003 - 15.2 hh Friesian Pleasure/Performance Stallion. Great disposition making most geldings look bad. A well socialized gentleman; he has been used by novices at clinics. Does tricks, High School, Dressage, Ponying and helping train other horses including other stallions. He goes at Liberty (solos or with another stallion or gelding), ride without tack, crashes waves, swims and does trails. A well rounded TFC performance horse that will do anything. This boy has been prepared for a busy film set where a dependable horse is needed with looks and movement. He is a joy to be around. Ljibbe prefers a more easy going casual lifestyle and would love to have his own special leader that is all his. $25,000.00 OBO

I bought Ljibbe from Paul three years ago. He is still the most wonderful horse I have ever known. He is a pleasure to be around. The perfect gentleman at all times and my best friend. We have a lot of fun together. Paul is amazing with his horses and his training methods. Ljibbe will still do all the things Paul taught him and he enjoys every minute of it. I am truly proud to own this horse. He is one in a million. Thank you so much Paul for allowing me to call this horse my friend.
Hi, Marnie!! I haven't met you yet but I'm Paul's other half. I am ecstatic that Ljibbe is doing so well and is loved to pieces. He is such an awesome horse. When I got together with Paul he let me play with Ljibbe as a beginner even though he was still a stallion! There couldn't have been a better teacher for a newbie. Give him a rub for me, please and maybe I can talk Paul into going down there one day to visit!

Finally a Friesian that is not this stupid modern long backed nervous wreck. And finally a Friesian getting to show off the breed's intellegence, suppleness and willingness.
This is how a Friesian stallion should look. Happily working and playing. Not frantically trotting around.

Many trainer train a horse till a point they can sell him and then start with a new horse. That's why they're trainers.

My father has kept horses around me for as long as I can remember and we have owned wild naughty things to the sweetest of horses but I always wish I could teach the horses more. So sad that where I live in Puerto Rico it is so hard to even come near a really good horse master.

Beautiful video, but am going to point out that every time he turns away from you changing direction is a bad thing. You want them to turn while looking at you, not facing away.Showing the rump is a sign of disrespect and them not wanting to listening. Other than that you seem like a very good trainer :) and beautiful Horse

Hi, I am Paul's partner (not in the training but in life!) Thanks for your good comments. Just to let you know, Paul has two commands when asking a horse to change direction. Reverse, they turn in towards him and Switch, they make the outside turn. Ljibbe was never disrespectful to Paul in anything in this video or ever. He's one of the sweetest horses you'll ever meet!
