Starring Talya Çelebi and Cenay Türksever, "Gelin" is the life story of two people from entirely different worlds: Hançer, who gives up her dreams for her loved ones on the one hand, and Cihan, who has fire in his eyes on the other.
Hançer, who gets her name from her sharp gaze, faces an offer that will turn her life upside down. Taking advantage of the fact that Hançer is poor and has a family that will not cause trouble, Mukadder offers her to marry her son and give birth to a son. Hançer, who dreams of finding the love of her life and having a happy marriage, first rejects this offer, but when she learns that her brother has a fatal illness, she is forced to accept the offer.

That was so tough to watch. Hancer is as vindictive as he is. Careless words to a hurt man. Aww I’m taking a break next week. I’m so over this and she’s right. They were never married, he never had the guts to make it right and kept her like a concubine in the backyard. He gave Beyza more rights over him. It’s sick. They both need therapy. Damaged couple 😢

While the society may exist as you say, and Cihan is definitely wrong for allowing Beyza to stay there, Hancer created many of her own problems by not telling the truth from the beginning and continuing to hide things.
Hancer is young but she is not 18 years old girl. In a picture with her brother, Jamil looked only few years older than her when they were kids and for sure he does not look like a 24-25 years old man. For example, Fadime's daughter is young and it shows but Hancer looks older than than 18.

You can tell a few things already from whats going to happen next weekend. 1st Hancer's Sister in law will go crazy because no way Hancer accepts the 5 Million. 2nd after Cihan goes crazy in his office his friend will calm him or even make him think to investigate. 3rd we see Cihan yelling at the guy Deray owes money to so he will tell him why he was with Hancar. And for those who expected a love story to happen or Cihan sleep in the same bed as Hancer by now clearly doesn't understand how this channel works. This will be a back and forth trust issues and speaking in their mind till at least 100th episode. And then we will get a confession of love and just when we are all happy they take it away with Hancer knowing who was Cihan's ex wife was and we will have another major fight🤦♀️. So we have a long ways to go.

@@theviewzkey yes it started late in the Season so we might see Hancer finding out who Cihan's ex wife is and then end of Season our couple are far from a love confession. Maybe in their mind but what I feel is a heartbreak for Hancer at the end of the Season. If you ever watched The Promise the truths came out and Emir was caught in bed with another girl.

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass egal wie böse reiche Mädchen sind, werden sie immer als schlau, gerissen und überlägen dargestellt. Am Ende gewinnen sie immer, auch wenn sie den Mann nicht bekommen, ihnen wird immer mehr Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Eigentlich liegt die Hauptrolle auch hier bei Beyza. Hançer ist nur da damit Beyza zu Geltung kommt, in dem sie Hançer angreift.

The way it’s going there won’t be a Cihan and Hancer. There won’t be a baby and Beyza will have won with all her manipulations. The worse thing that Cihan did was not making Beyza leave, or bringing Hancer into the mansion as his wife giving her respect, instead she was banished to the other house and left alone which is disrespectful. No wonder Hancer says she is not upset because they weren’t really married. She didn’t feel married. Hancer’s fault in all of this is she remained silent never telling Cihan why she needed money or why she agreed to giving him a child. So maybe by her going to her brother’s house, and Cihan hopefully finding out the truth when he catches that guy will give them a fresh start and he will bring her home into the mansion and into his room. We will see.

Honestly, I wish people who are commenting that this show be shown daily be silent 🤫. This show can be exceptional piece of art but the writers have got to making Beyza and her minions be the lead of the show. They are plenty of Successful Turkish shows which in fact only play on the weekend. This show drives me crazy and I think it does because I’m a Fixer for companies. I want to fix this show but I’m taking a break.
Every week the same comments: Make the show every day. Translate in this language, that language, stream it daily, all the while they keep on watching every week! I also watch many shows that only air once a week for two hours and nobody complains. Me, I just stick it out because I wanna see these two hook up and fall madly in love! Some love scenes will make up for all these empty episodes, I am sure!
