War of The Beast is books series, 12 books I believe, my brother had them as audiobooks. The Beast might have been the only ork in "recent" history being closest to becoming a krork. The ork technology and society was very advanced.
(SPOILER MAYBE) I believe that the beast was an in fact infact I think in the series there is a point after Vulkan kills the beast he realizes that there are multiple beasts. the krorks are also not a violent race like the orks. they are civilized and can make orks themselves civilized. the beast at one point besieged terra and sent an ork emissary to negotiate. also, a fun fact is that the krorks are so civil and intelligent, and because their "psychic" abilities are so powerful they are technically unable to use ork weapons and tools since they understand that they don't work and cause them not to work. but given time a krork can teach and magnify ork technology so that it becomes incredibly advanced and precise because they believe their work to be flawless and so it becomes flawless. (MONKEY TLDR) krork sees something dumb and realizes it is dumb so it breaks. krork make something they understand 100% and any imperfections that thing might have had instantly disappear and thus if a krork makes/teacher an ork something that thing is the pinnacle of its kind.
15:45 orks literally grow off of adrenalin so the more valent they are the more they fight the more the adrenalin spikes in their body the more they grow
40K Orks in any other universe would be the biggest threat there is. But yeah. 40K is so dark & grim that the Orks are Thursday. They are also the only army in 40K that i say everyone MUST collect as early as possible. They teach you a couple of things Very quickly on the table. 1. The dice are not your friends. They'll either be nice to you or not. 2. When crap goes wrong, it goes BADLY wrong. & you MUST laugh at it all blowing up in your face. 3. When stuff works... Oooooh it works. & you MUST laugh at everything blowing up. 4. & this is the most important thing Ork armies teach you. IT'S A GAME & IS MEANT TO BE A LAUGH WITH YOUR MATES!!!!! I will ALWAYS be a Dark Angel to my core. I love their identity & lore. But I will also ALWAYS love the Orks. Plus we Dark Angel's get to brag about being the ones who gave Ghaz his head wound & made him a Prophet 😁
I think once Orks conquer a place they sort of turn on each other and fight. Or if they have enough power they start building again until they get the ability to travel to another world and start over
Nowadays the Inquisition had another idea how to deal wqith Orks rather than Exterminatus. Setup a battlefield between the Orks and Tyranids and let them eliminate each other. That was a very stupid idea! It made both of them grow stronger going against each other and now they have to make sure the battlefield doesn't get out of control and spans the entire galaxy. They try desperate to keep their conflict in the Octarius sector.
bear in mind fantasy warhammer orcs can breed through fungus and tradititional sex, as in old warhammer you could buy orc villiagers with female orcs and and babies, but still says they could breed through fungus or through sex as you could get half orcs half human half orcs

I love orks! Such a funny yet dangerous race. You should also do luetin’s Tyranid first contact episode at some point. That’s my other favorite race.
