Happy my Mets won! But also happy that Festa pitched well with his family in the stands. Moments like that are special for any player regardless of what team they are on. So glad the parents can be proud of how their son performed tonight
He only gave up two runs. He did a good job. His offense was a no show but as a Mets fan, I'll take the W!

Yeah I thought he did real good , the Mets are a playoff team n he only gave up too runs against them and his parents didn’t look that happy but maybe they were just nervous

I was at the game and Alonzo was very hard on himself with that error. He threw his glove on the ground a couple times, and when they had a couple meetings at the mound, he was so disgusted with himself, he walked away.

I feel Alonso is an underrated defensive player. He makes some tough digs, saving his teammates from some bad throws.
@@puppethound He has definitely improved over the years on defense. Have to believe it is the product of hard work. So good for him. That said, .. terrible toss to Stanek. Thankfully it didn't result in an injury.
If our pitching stays crisp and our new additions pay off, we could definitely secure a playoff spot. Love DJ Stewart however, Winker is a really nice upgrade. Even though trade deadline was quiet, Stearns added Stanek and Winker a few days ago and I like what I’ve seen so far. #LFGM

That K in the 9th was insane. That pitch was high by a foot.
I felt like the umps just wanted to end the game. I was at the game behind the plate, up in 413 section, and even from up there I was surprised by some of the strike calls at the end.
If he isn't striking out, he's making piss poor throws over Stanek's head. Alonso is a sorry sight.
Alonso seriously has to work on his throws to second and flips to first in the offseason if he resigns with us lol

As far as I remember MLB provides these so they mix the broadcasts up. SNY does highlights on their channel that are a bit shorter but use mostly the Mets broadcasts.

Yeah, since it's MLB general, whoever is having a highlight play gets their commentary featured to keep the hype going throughout the replay. Having watched other teams that's just how it rolls everywhere.

Tears of joy!!!!! I am so proud of the way they played the last 2 games the first game I literally wept I was so proud of them and I get so emotional with this team as well as the Giants I literally can't help it especially when they play how I know they can play being a fan since 1982 ❤ I did not start the season off with them because after a couple of games It was like they weren't even trying but I couldn't help It I needed to know what they were up to so I started watching the games periodically but I definitely watched the Subway series and how they literally swept the Yankees in all (4) games so much for a team that has had a chip on their shoulder thinking they were invincible listen 27 rings is absolutely commendable but one thing you should never do is get that full of yourself because you look like a fool when you lose 💯 I think people in general need to remember how to be humble above any other emotion that way you don't look like a jackass when things start to get dismantled like the Yankees got 💯 I am so proud of you Metz as if each and every one of you were my sons out there speaking of seeing seeing dad in the crowd while Vientos got a home run made me tear up all I could do was 📣 sing it loud and proud LGM!!! LGM!!! LGM!!! The energy that flowed through my veins in my home was contagious I'm a sucker for happy endings 🙏🏾❤💪🏾👊🏾
