    I am glad these Asanas have helped you a lot in improving your Aramandi! There are some breathing exercises as well that can help you all to increase stamina while dancing! I will be uploading that soon.

    I am a beginner and I am getting knee pains while practicing the armandi. Any solutions on how to correct my form?

      Hello,
      Aramandi is not an easy posture. Initially your knee will hurt once your leg get used to the Aramandi posture it won't hurt as much.
      Eat calcium this can help also, do some knee exercises as well. You do a massage to your legs and knees after or before dancing.
