Having grown up watching Noddy Shop, this is a surreal thing to learn about existing.
So, I vaguely remember a little bit of The Noddy Shop (born 1997 in the US). This... is like if all the already weird dreams I had about the shows I watched as a kid were fully real. Can't wait to tell my old imaginary friends 💀
OH SWEET LAWD this is straight out of my worst nightmares... I remember being 3 and there was an episode of this show that featured a robot villain that sang a musical number similar to this with a bunch of flashing lights that scared the living SHIT out of me. It’s actually one of my earliest memories... I remember yelling for my mom to turn off the tv because it scared me so much, and whenever this show would come on I’d always ask if it was the episode with the robot. For YEARS I had no idea what on earth this show was called but recently rediscovered it. Sadly, it seems like most of the episodes are lost... which is so weird to think about... I mean, I’m 21 now, and to think that there’s media from my childhood that is just LOST is really mind blowing, especially in an age where full seasons of shows are readily available on Netflix and Hulu... but the episode in question with the robot, I found out is called “the human touch,” which according to the lost media wiki, is one of the lost episodes. CRAP. I sooo want to see this lost bit of my childhood again! It’s crazy that I even remember it. That episode aired in feb 2000, meaning I would’ve been 3 years old and one month then... so wild... I hope someday this episode is found, it would truly be an interesting experience to see again!

That episode was reuploaded in 2021 there are two episodes featuring the robot villain you were talking about, both titled big bullies and the human touch big bullies is the one where the robot villain sings and there are flashing lights
I just discovered this through reading TV Tropes (Demographically Inappropriate Humour), and I'm not only quite surprised by how sexual this felt, but also that he said 'hell' in what is otherwise a music video for a *pre-school* series based (loosely) around one of my favourite characters (Noddy) from my very early childhood.
It's still a good music video though, nonetheless.
