- Certainly! Here are some important safety instructions for driving:
1. Buckle Up: Always wear your seatbelt and ensure that all passengers do the same.
2. Stay Alert: Avoid distractions like texting, and stay focused on the road.
3. Obey Speed Limits: Adhere to posted speed limits and adjust your speed for road conditions.
4. Maintain a Safe Following Distance: Keep a safe distance behind the vehicle in front of you to allow for sudden stops.
5. Use Turn Signals: Signal your intentions when changing lanes or making turns.
6. Observe Traffic Signs and Signals: Follow traffic signals and obey road signs.
7. Don't Drink and Drive: Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Check Your Blind Spots: Use your mirrors and turn your head to check blind spots when changing lanes.
9. Stay within Your Lane: Maintain your lane discipline and avoid weaving in and out of traffic.
10. Be Mindful of Weather Conditions: Adjust your driving to suit the weather, whether it's rain, snow, or fog.
11. Give Way to Pedestrians: Yield the right of way to pedestrians at crosswalks and intersections.
12. Use Your Horn Sparingly: Honk your horn only to alert other drivers of your presence, not as a form of frustration.
13. Avoid Aggressive Driving: Stay calm and patient, and avoid road rage.
14. Regular Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained with working brakes, lights, and tires.
15. Stay Informed About Road Conditions: Be aware of road closures, accidents, or construction on your route.
16. Use Hands-Free Devices: If you need to use your phone, use a hands-free device to minimize distractions.
17. Be Courteous: Show respect and courtesy to other drivers on the road.
18. Plan Your Route: Know your route in advance and have a backup plan in case of unexpected detours.
Remember, safe driving not only protects you but also the people around you. Always prioritize safety on the road.
Watching your videos has become a daily ritual for me after work (I'm a truck driver).. Keeps me aware and prepared.
Appreciated
I'm a EU trucker and im shocked by what im seeing here. A lot of accidents where the truck drivers are going way too fast in heavy traffic. Also a lot accidents where people are just straight up not paying attention to their surroundings. When i'm driving all of my attention is going towards my surroundings as it should be. You gotta take this job seriously. We're driving metal death machines.
@@f481 Welcome to America. We don't have speed limiter for trucks here. And the HOS rules are 11 hours driving time and 14 hours on duty (13 hours driving time and 16 hours shift in Canada) vs 9 hours driving time in EU. So truckers are driving fatigued on a daily basis.
@@rookiebird9382 We absolutely have speed limiters here...what are you talking about....Truckers here aren't fatigued, they are LAZY, Low IQ steering wheel holders not paying attention...they are only allowed to drive 11 hours after 10 consecutive hours off duty. You mean to tell me 2 hours less drive time is whats causing all this vs the EU?
Just be carful no eyes on the phone eyes on the road
Should be titled: OMG Very Stupid Truck Drivers. I'm a semi driver. These fools aren't paying attention and are driving too fast for conditions.
I do agree, Sir.
And if they would stop playing with their cellphones, much less accidents would happen.
Much regards from Germany!

To be fair, the one at 1:15 was the other drivers fault since the truck had the right of way.

I’ll never understand why truckers don’t keep a distance!!!!
You probably don't understand much I'd guess
That's why some of them are called steering wheel holders 😢😢😢
I dont understand why people in cars can't be patient instead getting in front of the truck them slamming the brakes
I don't think you understand the video cars where literally stopped a 1/2 ahead and the truck still rear ended them@truckercowboyed2638
Semis take longer to slow down. They can't just brake and stop like cars can
As a commercial driver on the road for 45 years most of these trucks were just going to fast
Some of these drivers must be sleeping behind the wheel. It's concerning how oblivious they are to their surroundings.
With computerized log books limiting hours on the road, the sleeping bit is less likely. I'd lean more toward attention to a cell phone/electronics instead. Just look at the increase in 4-wheel drivers who were looking at a phone and not the road and then wrecked. Why would truckers be any different?
A lot of it is because they are fucking around on their phones.
Yeah, I'm going to remember this. Stay safe y'all 💖
they do long hauls 12hrs there and back so for sure but they have cabs they can always pull over, also some of these drivers are brutal nobody paying attention around them…. be safe out there!!
Semi drivers USED to be some of the safest drivers on the road. Not any more as evidence by these videos. Sad really.
So you're using these few videos to make a generality about ALL truckers being unsafe.
Brilliant deduction ! Judging by the video, it must only be old people who make generalities.
Semi trucks dont stop instantly like cars can, majority of these crashes arent even the truckers fault, takes like a full mile to stop with 80,000 lb, This isn't rocket science this is just you being ignorant
This is insanely FALSE! As a truck driver I can’t get away from all the reminiscing of older truck drivers who had no logs books and would run 80 hours on minimal sleep or rest breaks. Maybe if there were cameras and phones everywhere like now you will see all the accidents like now.
You’re just makin shit up
This is a compilation, dumb sht 🤡
1:15 There’s no way they survived that. 😳
Such a shame.
Just about every video is the truck driver not looking far enough ahead. I see traffic stopped in every video. In a semi , if it looks like someone is going to pull out, lay on the air horns !! Every semi driving too fast in these videos.
A dashcam will make it look like your going faster than you actually are. One of the reason some of these driver aren't looking far enough ahead is because they are looking at a cellphone. I do a lot of driving on the interstate and I see a lot of truckers on their cellphones. I'll also put blame on the 4 wheelers.
This video I’ll agree with you, dash cams make it look like you’re going faster and driving too close.
@@Blueknight196075% of four wheelers have their cell in their hands

0:42 so proud of that jeep having situational awareness to lower those risk of injuries from an incompetent driver 👌🏽
Back when most truckers had a CB, things were safer. They'd talk to each other about road conditions/weather, accidents/pile-ups, delays/detours, (and yes, LEO locations) and would banter with each other. It was more like a community and they looked out for each other. As a result, the entire motoring public was safer for it.
You can blame the FCC for that issue.
Now, CB radio stands for Cry Baby radio. Most truckers on their just rant and rave nonsense. I keep mine off most of the time.
Some of these people literally did it to themselves but im glad these people who survived these horrible accidents are still alive and thriving 🙏🏾❤️
Never drive faster than you can stop. A basic concept beyond most of these. As is paying attention and being aware of your surroundings.
2:47 God so brutal 😢😢😢
Ikr
that one was actually comical
I remember the article about the first clip. The woman in the Altima actually survived with minimal injuries, which is a miracle. Very typical trucker not giving a shit about anyone but themself.
you are right but it's actually a very typical attitude of every person on the highway in the US - "I will follow too closely because I'm in a hurry, and when that person slams on the brakes and I kill him, it's his fault"
Miracle is an understatement! I was curious about her condition; thank you for letting us know!
Like all the other idiots in cars give a shit about anyone else gtfo
Unbelievable!, I thought they were DOA after that crash!
Obviously you don't pay much attention to how others drive. If you were to watch other videos you'd find out how many times trucks get wrecked by four wheelers. There's idiots in every field, doesn't matter what you're talking about there's some idiots messing it up for others
3:16 You see why right here you don't swerve left in the direction the obstacle is travelling. You swerve right to get past behind it. This is what I've been saying. Get out of that habit and do what this pro did.
1:16
What was he doing? Driving with a blindfold on?
2:04 Dump truck does a barn yard swing that probably wasn't needed, no signal, and gets wiped out.
Looked like a turn that was greater than 90 degrees. I doubt that dump truck could have made that turn without reversing back onto the roadway without going that wide.
100 percent at-fault for that one!
LOVE THE VIDEO! Just need music or something. Lol
Thank you
Which trucker doesn't know to turn on the bright lights on a dark road
One truck I drove (an international) I never used the high beams because the indicator was on the bottom of the instrument cluster and I couldn't see it for the horn pad on the steering wheel. I'd forget if they were on or off. I'd have the low beams on and accidently flash someone trying to lower the high beams that weren't actually on. It was the dumbest design ever. If it were my truck I would have mounted an auxiliary indicator lamp somewhere visible.
That first Accident. o_O that poor driver probably died...

I used to drive an semi over the road. This is some of the worst driving ive ever seen. Pretty scary. It almost looks like some of the drivers were intentionally wrecking. That job isnt for everybody. Its very difficult and grueling...mentally and physically. They hire anybody now though. They are desperate...and it shows. Be careful when you are next to one of these trucks now
After retiring from 30 plus years over the road I’ll say this. I really have no remorse for the idiots that drive beyond the conditions for the road. Roll a truck over and kiss your cdl bye bye. Nobody will touch you and probably shouldn’t anyway. If you weren’t taught to drive safe especially in adverse conditions, then McDonald’s is always hiring.
0:41 peraon in that suv.. hes like " screw this shit, im out"
I drove a big truck for 34 years , imiss it at times , but after watching this video , I'm glad that I am retired !😊
Thank you for this video; it reminded me of the importance of safe driving. I hope everyone pays attention and protects themselves when on the road.
Trucked for 19 years, in the oil patch, and the bush hauling logs/chips....
I've done some of the most dangerous trucking there is in North America.
I have parked my semi in some of the conditions shown in these accidents.
I myself now have a broken back, because I flipped my rig hauling logs, to avoid a head on with one of these exact 'steering wheel holders.'
Being retrained in IT, because I will never drive truck again.
All thanks to idiots like the ones shown in this video.
You can be the best driver on Earth, doesn't make a difference if the guy behind you or coming at you, is an idiot.
I am frustrated by the amount of times I saw something in this video that triggered me, a regular licensed driver, to want to slow down only to see the semis not even attempt to slow down... like dude... You're in a rolling battering ram... slow the $%&^ down!
Some of these big rig drivers should NOT be driving them.
That first clip is something else, like how reckless can you be as a commercial driver?!?! How can you not notice that every one had slowed down? I would have sued the hell of that driver and company included, such an accident is unacceptable, no excuse can save that driver from man slaughter charges
Probably looking over at the river is my guess
Al so if you haven't seen the whole story you don't know what happened beforehand so don't go talking bad about something someone did till you know everything
@@jcool431 I feel like this is personal to you?
@crosseyedgeorge4329 a little because I have dealt with things like this and how much of a problem and tragedy it is. People assume the worst before they have all the info so when I saw this it kinda pissed me off
@@jcool431 I could care less, I'm a commercial driver myself, there's no excuse you can give when it comes to such an accident, what if that lady or guy in that red car had his whole family inside the car? How do you come to me with all this nonsense you are talking about? Do you even have a family?
When you see a fedex or a ups driver, you treat them with the celebrity status they deserve 😅
90% of these truckers are going to fast and following to close. And yes, it’s becoming more common for these truckers to drive like they are driving a four wheeler.
Bro in the white Cherokee said fk this I'm out!! I constantly look in the rear view mirror when I'm driving, especially stopping at a light. Looks like he or she was too and seen it coming!
Such a tragic event. I hope this serves as a reminder to prioritize safety on the road.
Making a left or right hand turn from the opposite lane is beyond careless!
Why isn't there any sound on the video?
What do you need to hear?
Seem all the trucks had 1 thing in common, going to damn fast
3:13 was clean
East bound and down, but no more trucking 😂😂😂
This video shows just how dangerous road rage can be.
The dark snowy night at 3:31 is the king for me.
Now you're trapped out in the middle of nowhere surrounded by snow that likely screwed over your engine and you have to figure out how to get towing service in the dark cold or wait for a cop.
If you have cellphone service your now waiting for a tow truck while your cold tired and miserable lol
Are the Twuk Dwyvers sitting on the floor? Or do they get extra points for rear ending others?
WHERE IS THE SOUND ?
First video: There’s really not a word to describe this collision. Miraculously believed to be minor injuries. The car was struck from behind, folded the car in half, and semi came to rest on top of the car, say Trooper Kelsey Harding.
Guy @00:36 was paying great attention to his rearview mirror, unfortunately his evasive maneuver got him smacked (still the truck driver's fault)
I live near where this stretch of Interstate 79 is in Pennsylvania. There is a bridge over the Ohio river just ahead of this and it was in critical need of repair. Too busy of a bridge to shut down/ replace, so they took 3 years to rehabilitate the entire thing. Traffic stops like this were so common for 3 freaking years. It sucked!
Most of the semi truck drivers in these videos are going WAY too fucking fast
Yeah in the eu semi trucks have speed govners that prevents them from going faster then 56 mph give or take a mph or two
1:16 I remember seeing this in the news online. It was fatal and the driver got decapitated.
Clearly the driver didn't have a head to begin with
Driver asked for it. Pulled right out in front of a semi. What a dumbass.
The PoPos learned the pit maneuver from truckers!!!😁
Avoid semis at all cost and especially avoid getting stuck in front of one. What might be a minor rear end collision with a car will likely turn yours into an accordion with a semi.
Drivers slow the eff down, learn to merge, leave room to move the stupid will ruin your day
It's not speeding that kills, it's the sudden stop
Sleep driving is more dangerous than drink driving 🎉
Icey roads are more dangerous than ice rocks 😂
The 3rd one was 100% the Jeep’s fault
Many of these sadly appeared to be tired/sleeping drivers😢
Most of these accidents could have been avoided with less Idiocracy, speed and cell phone distractions!! Some of these drivers should have their license taken for good!!!
It's amazing how many people don't pay much attention whenever they're around these things. Semi trucks are the freight trains of the roadway. They're so easy to avoid, and so deadly when you don't!
Some are the truckers fault while others are drivers not getting out of the way when making left turns.
Had a small trucking business in france only 8 drivers and me driving also went northafrica middle east russia one trip takes 2 weeks or a month never any insurance cllaim the boys were very good it is easier for a small compagnie todo a good job the drivers and. ,the boss are like a family and stand up for each other wish you all a save road and a good salarie😊😊
Truckers are the backbone of America, but these truckers don’t give a damn bout anyone on the road but themselves. A lot of these crashes was avoidable if they just slow tf down and drive like they are supposed too.
00:40 dude does an illegal lane change, gets whacked, and then speeds away
At that speed the truck was going at without slowing down! Look at the speed of the truck! and time frame" if the car did not take that illegal lane change it would be far worse! A full on sandwich!
In the 2nd clip, if the driver stopped in the road to let the car out, he should be charged.
Some truckers dont understand their operating deadly machinery, thier just in it for that money and its sickening. Most have that "Move it or lose it" mentality as well..
It doesn't matter what they drive. People are stupid.
This video just shows how stupid and incompetent some truck drivers are
Most of the clips here are from truckers who aren't paying attention.
0:02 CZcamsr said no one died
I could probably count with my fingers how many of these truckers were doing safe speeds, and not at fault,
Wow , speed and not keeping distance is what I am seeing in these videos and car drivers not paying attention.
I know exactly where that first accident took place. I-5 bridge over the Skagit river in Washington.
The one @9:43 was brutal. Can't believe anyone could survive hitting like that
I can't see anything is that the joke I'm slow
As long as truck drivers are paid per mile, they'll speed - especially if they have been held up in construction or traffic jams. They don't care a thing about the woman with little kids in front of them - they're in the way.
I dove a truck in the 70s and 80s
All I see here is a whole lot of very STUPID truck drivers.
Not thinking ahead of them and being on the offensive.
I never had an accident . And a few close calls were of the other drivers.
This makes me bad on how absolutely careless there drivers are!!!!
Lately semi truck divers have been fucking up. One ran me off the road last night on the enterstate when he decided to merge with not only no signals but when i was right next to the fool
I remember qhen thats 1sr accident happened on that bridge on i5 10min from where i live. They closed north bound for hours
You in 60,000 in mass, no need to swerve for cars. Good thing they all record their errors for police and lawsuits😂
Some of these people gotta be on their phones or sleeping
No audio!?
not a single one of these truck drivers was paying any attention to the road FFS
5:30 That's one way to deal with speed restrictions
2:45 most brutal reck i’ve ever seen
The video at 2:50 was definitely "omg brutal deadly crash" lol🤨🙄
That poor white car 0:45 saw that semi coming and tried to get out of the way 😢
1:49 that’s not even the truckers fault
The car driver RAN THAT STOP SIGN!!! 1:14
7:16, pretty sure they won't brake check a big rig anymore
I see a lot of people pulling in front of the trucks. They can't stop on a dime
First video driver of that car actually walked away from it with only minor injuries. It occurred on the Skagit River Bridge on I5 in Washington State traffic was backed up truck driver wasn't paying attention to the traffic hit the car went on top of the car driver was able to crawl out a window only minor injuries the driver of the semi from Canada was cited for following too closely.
Fast forward to 2:50 that 4Runner looked fine after the hit😂
I know and understand that some of these semis are in the wrong. But I also know and understand that it takes semis 13 times as long to slow down. They can't just stop
Biggest failure I see are truck drivers who FAIL TO ANTICIPATE STOPPED OR TURNING TRAFFIC! The rear-enders in this one are horrific! And all entirely avoidable; I woner how many deaths we witnessed here?!! What a shame.
And you should learn how to spell wonder...
5:24 Why did this make the compilation? It's just a semi pulling over. I watched a few times and I didn't see any crash or close call involving the semi. There were two passenger vehicles that had a close call but not because of the truck, at least not that I can tell...
8:17 If you pause at just the right millisecond, it looks like a unicorn! 🦄
The first couple are actual accidents, the entire rest of the video is boring minor incidents for filler.
Why is there never any sound? I wanna know if any of these truckers used their horns. People are terrified to be heard these days, wondering if even the truckers have gone quiet...
If they are on their phone while driving then they don't need to be behind the wheel of a truck
1:17 did he survive? It looked like a crash that no driver can survive

The problem is cops are not issuing tickets to semi drivers anymore. Ask yourself when's the last time you seen a semi pulled over? These truckers realize there's no consequences for speeding, following too close or not paying attention so they continue to be more reckless everyday and the rise in fatalities is a direct result!
